Biltmore

As one of the oldest residential neighborhoods in Phoenix, the Biltmore area is considered one of the city’s most coveted residential areas, where pristine, luxury, Frank Lloyd Wright inspired homes shoulder up against the bustling Biltmore Fashion Park shopping center, the storied and prestigious Arizona Biltmore, a Waldorf Astoria Resort, The Wrigley Mansion & two perfectly manicured 18-hole golf courses that has played host to many U.S. Presidents, World Dignitaries/Foreign Leaders & Hollywood Celebrities including Bob Hope, Frank Sinatra & James Dean. It’s the kind of place anyone from around the world would consider a vacation destination, so just imagine calling it home.

The New York Times has referred to the Biltmore neighborhood area as “elegant desert dwelling with a Midwest touch,” and that is about the most perfect description we can think of. It’s most certainly located in the desert, but the Biltmore has this palpable air of Midwestern charm to it. For starters, the upscale neighborhood is plush with green grass and generously speckled with mature shade trees. It’s also ornamented beautifully with bubbling fountains, fragrant citrus and rose gardens, gently swaying palms, and features some of the most breathtaking luxury homes(Mansions) in The Valley of the Sun.

As an area that is known as one of the main financial hubs of Phoenix, the Biltmore area is home to many companies that are national players in the investment banking, financial planning, insurance and commercial real estate industries. Many of the mid & upper level management employees of these companies actually live in the immediate area, at places like Optima Biltmore, Esplanade Place, Contour, Encue Fairway Lodge, or Residences @ 2211 Camelback & they can easily walk or bike to work everyday.

The Biltmore Neighborhood is also heralded for its 20-30 minute proximity to everything else in the city that matters. It is very accessible to award winning power-lunch restaurants, cocktail lounges and quick access to world class resorts & spas, as well as extraordinary shopping options in nearby Scottsdale & Paradise Valley.- the Biltmore totally has you covered.

Arcadia

This very charming, older & well-established neighborhood within the City limits of Phoenix and centrally located to take advantage of being within 25 minutes to most of The Valley’s main attractions. This well-meshed neighborhood with architecturally diverse, mostly ranch style, single story homes built primarily in the 50’s & 60’s is a favorite amongst locals or full-time residents that call Phoenix home year round.

The Arcadia area remains in high demand due to its quality school options within the district, an irrigation system that supplies very inexpensive water to so many homeowners that still today keep some of the original citrus, pecan & Sphinx date palm trees on their property, it’s proximity to Phoenix’s Downtown, Midtown & Uptown areas & the 10 minute commute to the Phoenix International Airport.

Because Arcadia is geographically located near the base of Camelback Mountain on its northern border, South & Central Scottsdale to the east, The Phoenix Mountain Preserve to the west & Papago Mountains to the south, it is a favorite of many outdoor enthusiasts that hike or mountain bike and those that walk or run the Arizona Canal Trail system.

The area has an ever expanding, very vibrant & award winning restaurant, bar & brew pub scene, quick access to world class resorts & spa, as well as extraordinary shopping options in nearby Scottsdale & Paradise Valley.

Arcadia home values have steadily increased over the years & continue to do so today and it has been rated as one of the “Best Places to Live” by Money Magazine, making it a one-of-a-kind paradise complete with dramatic scenery, romantic sunsets, and breathtaking mountain views all in a very safe, family friendly & walkable area.
